⚖️ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CLAUSE: FULL & EXCLUSIVE ASSIGNMENT TO THE PLATFORM OWNER
It is formally stipulated, agreed, and unconditionally accepted by the teacher that the owner of the CamSchool platform holds full, exclusive, and permanent intellectual property ownership of all materials and assets produced once validated by the administrator (including, without limitation: video courses, chapter quizzes, exam papers, detailed answer keys, summaries, and associated educational assets).
Consequently, the moment an educational asset is approved by the administrator and credits the corresponding fee/reward to the teacher's wallet, the teacher automatically and irrevocably transfers and assigns to the platform owner, worldwide and for the maximum duration of copyright protection:
- Exclusive Proprietary & Commercial Rights: The platform owner becomes the sole proprietary holder of all exploitation, publishing, distribution, and commercial rights over the validated assets.
- Reproduction and Digital Hosting Rights: The exclusive right to digitize, host, duplicate, archive, and replicate the content across all servers, content delivery networks (CDNs), databases, and digital platforms of CamSchool.
- Public Broadcast, Streaming & Display Rights: The exclusive right to stream, publish, display, and distribute the content on mobile apps, web portals, tablets, and any educational media.
- Adaptation and Curriculum Equivalence Rights: The right to modify, adapt, reformat, translate, and apply pedagogical equivalence rules to duplicate and deploy the assets across equivalent academic levels, classes, subjects, and chapters.
- Monetization and Bundling Rights: The exclusive right to incorporate validated assets into student subscriptions, exam revision packs, and paid online competitions.
Consideration & Waiver: In consideration of the fixed reward disbursed upon administrative validation (funded from the asset's real earnings as set forth in Article 9), the teacher irrevocably waives any claim to subsequent royalties, residual rights, or unilateral revocation over the validated works.
Warranty of Authorship: The teacher guarantees original authorship and warrants that submitted works do not infringe upon third-party rights or constitute plagiarism, fully indemnifying the platform owner against any claims or legal actions.
