What is KmrShop?

KmrShop is a Cameroonian Marketplace that allows sellers to create their online shop and sell their products to a wide audience. We offer a secure platform, easy to use and adapted to the Cameroonian market.

How to create an account?

Click on "Sign Up" in the menu, fill out the form with your information (name, email, password) and validate. You will receive a confirmation email to activate your account.

Is KmrShop free?

Registration and shop creation are completely free. We only take a 5% commission on each successful sale. No hidden fees.

How to create my shop?

Welcome to KmrShop :

  1. Go to dashboard
  2. Create a Shop

What is KmrShop commission?

KmrShop takes a 5% commission on each sale. This means you keep 95% of the sale price. This commission covers platform fees, customer support, and transaction security.

How to receive my payments?

Payments are automatically paid into your account after confirmed delivery of each order. You can withdraw your funds via mobile money (MTN Money, Orange Money) or bank transfer depending on your country.

Can I sell digital products?

Yes, KmrShop supports both physical and digital products. You can sell ebooks, software, online courses, music, etc. Files are automatically delivered to customers after payment.

For Buyers

How to place an order?

Browse products and add them to your cart. Click on the cart and check your order. Proceed to payment and choose your method. Enter your delivery information. Confirm and pay for your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept several payment methods: Mobile Money (MTN Money, Orange Money) and bank cards (Visa, Mastercard).

How to track my order?

After placing your order, go to "My Orders" in your dashboard. You will see the status in real-time: pending, processing, shipped, delivered. You will also receive email notifications.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 7 days to return a product if you are not satisfied or if it is defective. Contact the seller via the order page to initiate a return. Return fees may apply depending on the seller's policy.

What to do in case of dispute?

If you have a problem with your order, first contact the seller or open a dispute from your order page. Our team will intervene to find a fair solution within 48-72h.

Payments & Security

Are my payment details secure?

Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and respect PCI DSS standards. Your bank information is never stored on our servers and passes only through our certified payment partners.

How to report fraudulent activity?

If you suspect fraud or suspicious activity, contact our support immediately at support@kmrshop.com. We will take immediate action to protect your account and investigate the situation.
